COOPYR8 Process Improvement Program

Speaking of great ideas, our COOPYR8 (COO’s Pyramid of 8 divisions) teams brought a bunch of them to the table - 30 to be exact!  This program developed by our corporate headquarters at Herley, Inc. promotes improvement teams that will compete at the corporate level for thousands of dollars in prizes.   It was difficult to do but the executive staff was able to narrow the group down to the required three teams to send forward to our corporate competition with the other 7 Herley divisions.  Thanks to the teams of: Relay for Life, WIPT(Wellness In Progress Team) , and Get-R-Dunz.  Good luck at the corporate level.
