Micro Systems Relay for Life Program

The Micro Systems Relay for Life program is truly a team effort with nearly 100% participation from employees.  Under the leadership of Wanda Sinsel and Angie Dempsey, our 22 active team members help plan events all year long.  The team personally donated hundreds of items throughout the year, conducted hot dog cookouts, sold bake goods and even collected cans to recycle.  In addition to the team members, we had another 30 employees that volunteered to walk during our rally on April 23-24, 2010.  Nearly every employee at MSI participated with personal donations, support during chance drawings, and support during bake sales.  Together we donated $3,145.00 for the American Cancer Society this year even though we were unable to hold our local Relay for Life Rally due to bad weather. We will continue our fundraising efforts and we look forward to supporting the American Cancer Society again next year.
