Accounts Payable SpecialistProcess accounts payable invoices, packing slips, debit memorandums, expense reports, vendor payments and other associated documentation. Assist in processing of payroll. High school graduate or equivalent experience. Capable of operating computers, calculators, typewriters, copiers and other related office equipment accurately and efficiently. |

Business Development ManagerPromote the capabilities of Micro Systems, Inc. (MSI) to international and domestic government and industry representatives. Seek out scientific and technological information beneficial to MSI in its current product line or in the pursuit of new business ventures, both domestically and internationally. Strong electronics experience or background and BSEE or equivalent required. |

Sr. Program ManagerManage complex projects and programs, manage the business relationship with customers and cultivate future business opportunities. BS in a technical field or BA in business is required. An advanced degree in a technical or business field preferred. Program Management experience in the defense industry can be substituted for an advanced degree. |

Configuration ManagerSupervision of the Configuration Management System in accordance with MIL-STD-973. Control of all CI documentation (drawings, associated lists). Review, track, store, file and retrieve all engineering documentation. Preparation and tracking of engineering changes notices. Associates Degree or equivalent experience. Five years experience in Configuration Management. One year supervisory experience. |

Contracts SpecialistAdminister the contracts function and payroll administration/input. AA degree or equivalent experience. Computer experience with IBM PC or compatible. |

Data/Configuration AssistantPreparation of final documents (specifications, letter, reports, etc.) from various handwritten notes and other sources, produce final documentation including table of contents, acronym list, headers, footers, title pages, graphics, tables, in accordance with contractual requirements. Maintaining control of all drawings and documentation from initial development through final delivery of product. High school degree or GED equivalent. Computer experience on IBM PC or compatible, including Word Perfect, Word for Windows, Excel, and Visio. |

Executive AssistantSet up and maintain all Bid/Proposal and other departmental files. Provide clerical support to Business Development staff to include preparation of proposals, brochures, viewgraphs, faxing, letters, etc. Coordinate company travel arrangements. High school graduate or equivalent. knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. |

Human Resources AssistantAssist in the operation of the Human Resources functions, including servicing the employees of Micro Systems, Inc. and employment candidates of Micro Systems, Inc. Degree or in pursuit of degree in Human Resources or Business. Computer experience with PC or compatible, including computer applications in Windows 95. General Human Resources experience preferred. |

Incoming InspectorPerform receiving in mechanical and electrical inspections of received parts to assure compliance to contractual requirements. High School graduate or equivalent. Ability to identify and use standard measuring tools of the inspection trade, including but not limited to: pin gages, calipers, micrometers, meters, depth and height gages, and other measuring devices. Ability to read and interpret purchase orders, drawings, parts lists, wire lists, and other related engineering documents. |

Material BuyerUse the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system and other tools to plan, purchase and expedite material to ensure on-time delivery in support of company operations. College degree in Business preferred. High School graduate or equivalent required. 2 years experience in Materials Management/Purchasing required. Excellent communication skills. Aggressive problem solving skills. |

Material Stores SpecialistMaintain accountability for all stocked items and make computer entries for inventory transactions. High school graduate or equivalent. Previous stockroom related experience. Computer experience necessary. |

Payroll SpecialistProcess employee timesheets, post labor, create payroll, type levy checks, electronically transmit payroll, monthly and quarterly taxes and 401K disbursements. High school graduate or equivalent. Capable of operating computers, calculators, typewriters, copiers and other related office equipment accurately and efficiently. |

General Account SupervisorMaintain all bank files and daily cash flow with daily bank activities, assist with all corporate reports, review AP vouchers and post to AP journals and GL as required. Review payroll & process transfers for payroll. Balance all General Ledger accounts & process GL adjustments. Lead the end of month and year end closing processes. Supervise Payroll and Accounts Payable functions. High School graduate or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree highly preferred. Capable of operating computers, calculators, typewriters, copiers and other related office equipment accurately and efficiently. |

ReceptionistProfessional assistance to customers, prospective employees and general public through telephone and lobby contact. Supply clerical support to Data and Configuration departments. Shipping/ReceivingPerform shipping and receiving procedures and maintain related records. High school graduate or equivalent. Ability to read and interpret shipping documents and invoices. Ability to annotate information within company database system. |

Software Configuration ManagerDevelop detailed documentation including operating procedures and change management reports. Establish and maintain developmental baselines. Perform SCM baseline audits and all software builds. Perform trend analysis. BS/BA, Computer Science or equivalent industry experience. Experience with the software production process. Experience with various CM tools. |
