Senior Assembler

Perform a wide range of complex, non‑repetitive, electronic assembly operations on components, subassemblies or major assemblies in support of development and low rate initial production projects. Assemble and solder printed wiring boards, process problem identification/ECN process, assemble complex RF electrical/mechanical assemblies, and have be able to read and interpret assembly drawings and instructions.

Repair/Rework Specialist

Under limited supervision, perform complex repairs or rework in support of operations department. Rework/repair printed wiring boards, sub assemblies, wire harnesses and unit assemblies. Minimum of 5 years experience as electronic assembler. Training certification in MIL-SPEC soldering. Training certification on MSI repair process.

Assembler 1, 2, 3

Perform basic and routine electronic assembly on components or subassemblies. High school graduate or equivalent preferred. Be able to use the following tools and equipment:

  • Solder iron
  • Assembly hand tools
  • Degreaser
  • Pace rework machine

Final Inspector/Calibration Administrator

Perform mechanical and electrical inspections, certifications, and calibrations. High school graduate or equivalent. Use inspection tools, to include: pin gages, calipers, micrometers, meters, magnification aids, oscilloscopes, and measurement standards. Experience in calibration of electronic equipment/mechanical parts.

Lead Assembler

Working leader of diverse electronic and mechanical assembly tasks.
High school graduate or equivalent. Ability to organize and communicate the efforts required of Electronic Assemblers, including assigning specific tasks.

Production Service Administrator

Perform a wide range of skilled, non-repetitive, electronic assembly operations on components or subassemblies. Assignments are complex and personal judgment must be used to resolve problems High School graduate or equivalent. Knowledge of electronic and mechanical assembly.

Production Training Specialist

Administer production workmanship training program to include initial certification, re-certification, rework techniques, and remedial training. High School graduate or equivalent. Ability to identify training needs and develop and administer associated training plans. Three to five years electronic assembly experience preferred.

Test Technician 1, 2, 3

Perform diversified test, troubleshoot electronic assemblies, maintain manufacturing equipment. Completion of electronic technician training, or an Associates Degree in Electronic Technology, or equivalent experience. Minimum one year experience as a test, calibration, or field electronic technician.
