The Micro Systems, Inc CAP Node is a high integration autopilot. It incorporates a UHF datalink, GPS receiver, tactical grade Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU), and high performance processing electronics in a single high integration chassis. The CAP interfaces to the vehicle through I/O nodes in the vehicle databus. The CAP uses the reliable, yet highly cost effective Controller Area Network bus (CANbus).
