DRFM Wideband
| DRFM Subsystem Wideband Datasheet |
DRFMs are the main building blocks of hardware-in-the-loop, Radar Target and Electronic Countermeasure Simulators. The transmitted radar signals are delayed and Doppler shifted to create false targets of very high fidelity.
Sampling at 2.0 GHz, with 10-bit resolution for the D/A Converter and 12-bit resolution for the A/D Converter, this module surpasses any DRFM in the world market.
This new technology will be used by the world leaders in DRFM-based simulators, where high fidelity, multi-scatter returns with low spurious is required.
Key demonstrated capabilities:
- Wider bandwidth: Up to 900MHz.
- 10-bit sampling, 12-bit reproduction.
- Delay resolution of 0.5ns.
- Multipoint Reflector Simulation.
- Up to 4 independent and coordinated range, Doppler, amplitude target returns per DRFM channel.
- Range ambiguous targets, phase modulation and Doppler correction.
